My little boy is an ardent fan of Thomas & Friends, Pocoyo, Dibo The Gifts Dragon, My Friends Tigger & Pooh, just name a few. In fact all the show showed on channel 613, he love it so much! Even I also don’t have the chance to watch my HK drama cos when I switch to other channel he will tell me “Mummy, I want to watch huh”. So, what can I do, I just let go my show!

We even bought Pocoyo and Barney CD’s for him. He will choose which to watch and request us to on for him. At the moment he loves to watch Barney very much. He will follow what Barney is doing especially the ending theme song “I LOVE YOU, YOU LOVE ME, WE ARE HAPPY FAMILY WITH A GREAT BIG AND A KISS FROM ME TO YOU, WON’T YOU SAY YOU LOVE ME TOO” which I love it very much too!

You can see from this picture, he is following the way Pocoyo act, putting his two hands at his waist and sometimes even close his eyes too.... Some people say, learning good things will take longer time but learning naughty things only take a few minutes.

On the fourth day of CNY..., we don’t go anywhere except visiting my mother again and it so happened that my cousin brother and sister are visiting my mother too. Just before we go off, I will never miss the opportunity to snap pictures of my little boy and most of the picture was taken at the lovely corner.

Today mark the first day in Chinese Lunar Calendar, the year of GOLDEN OX. As usual, on this day we will get up early to go to my mother-in-law’s house to “BAI LIN” and have our breakfast there too. As you know that it is very difficult for kids to get up early and you can see at these pictures that Xuan is not co-operative!

I came across this fluffy bright-red rambutan-like flower by the Mandarin name of Mao Guo Hua (hairy fruit flower) from newspaper while I was waiting Xuan and my hubby for theirs haircut. I fall in love it at first sight.

I thought of using different flowers for decorating my Home Sweet Home with something unusual this year. Luckily I managed to get it at “pasar malam” on the last minute if not I think I will get the fortune bamboos plant.

I love this corner very much! What do you think of it?

My little Xuan is 26 months, in this stage he know lot of new things and learning to talk more and more. Here are some of the simple conversation between Xuan, hubby and myself.

Myself : Darling, who is naughty?
Xuan : Papa lor… (when hubby is not around he will say his papa)

Xuan : Mummy, I want 7 Cart (floz) nen nen…
Myself : How much you want huh?
Xuan : 7 Cart (floz)
Myself : You must finish huh…
Xuan : Ok…

Papa : Wow… your “baju” so nice, who bought for you?
Xuan : Mummy lor…

~*~

Myself : Darling, who is taking medicine?
Xuan : Papa lor….
Myself : Why Papa taking medicine?
Xuan : Making the sound of vomiting!

Time past really fast, we are going to celebrate Lunar New Year in two weeks time and I am yet to start spring cleaning. When think of cleaning, I will be very very lazy especially doing the cleaning mostly all by myself.

This is the very first batch of pictures I capture my little boy on the first day of 2009. It is very difficult to snap a good pictures of him. He don’t seems to like to take pictures. My hubby always saying that I took too much pictures of him and it makes him “phobia”. Anyhow I still managed to capture some shots which I think is perfect, especially his double eyelids. Both, my hubby and I have double eyelids but not him. His double eyelids will only appear when he is not feeling well and sleepy.

This little rascal is learning to self-feed recently. He always asked for his spoon even eating cheese. Ever since he can managed to self-feed quite well, I do let him to feed himself while I can enjoy my meals.

My little boy has been coughing madly for the past 1 week. I brought him to visit doctor for twice and it seems like the medicine is not effective. So, we decided to bring him to Chinese doctor. I even brought him to pray on the same day too cos I scare that he disturb something (FAN – Chinese believe). True enough my prediction is correct. He really disturb by TI CHI GONG, according to the GOD, that the TI ZHI GONG like to play with him. Sometimes I really don’t know whether to believe it or not but it really work. The entire night he is sleeping soundly without those irritating sounds. Of course not to forget the Chinese medicine too, which it really help and cough less!

Today we bring Xuan to Sunway Pyramid to ride the 3-seaters doggy as promised by his daddy and at the same time we want to change his Chinese New Year clothes which was bought to him by his Pak Pak. This is his 2nd time riding this doggy. He really enjoys it so much.

Dearest Our Little Darling,

Time tickling really fast each and every passing day and you are TWO now. Being a mother is not as easy as ABC especially for working mum like me. How I wish time does not fly fast so I can spend more time and explore more things together with you.

In this stage, you have learnt new words, you can understand instructions very well and catching up with things very fast too! Potty trained is successfully by now and you can put on your shoes all by yourself! You are such an intelligent child and we are very proud of you.

Sometimes you tend to be a very demanding and cranky too. Daddy says you inherited from mummy which I really cannot deny!

You have grown up to be more like your daddy especially your appearance. All our friends said you are 100% duplication of your daddy and that makes me extremely jealous but of course there is one precious feature you inherited from mummy and that is your dimples.

Of course, we must be contented that you are growing up healthily and happily with love and care from us! You are truly an abundant of our joy! This book is specially made for you to mark your 2nd birthday!

I have been waiting for Xuan photobook to arrive for the past one week. My feeling was so down each and every passing day without any news from the courier service. It so happened that December is having more public holidays. When there are more public holidays, it will make me lazy and no mood to work. There is one reason that keep me moving is thinking of Xuan’s photobook will arrive anytime.

After a long wait, his book has arrived today. It was delivered with a nice protective box. When I open the box, it really amazed me so much. I think I made the right decision for choosing the design of the book, Small Square Image Wrap! I really like this outcome and especially the cover. The picture I choose really impressed me so much and words really cannot express how happy and satisfied I am! I wish I will keep on printing Xuan, 3rd, 4th, 5th.... in time to come!

Before I pen off this post, I will like to thanks Ching Mei for keeping an eye for the progress of printing this lovely book for me.

I have been compiling Xuan photobook to mark his 2nd Birthday for the past 1 week and today I am sending it out for printing. It's a real difficult task for me to choose and arrange the pictures cos Xuan really has lot of pictures which I think are very nice. I cannot choose all of them, I can only choose the best of the best pictures to put it in. This is a tedious and tiring job as compared with my office work but I am sure when I see the outcome, all my hard work is worth it! So, gals stay tuned!
