Today we are heading to Assunta Hospital again for Xuan’s nose check-up. We supposed to go for the check-up on July 25, 2009 and due to we couldn’t make it so we postponed it today. We told doctor that his nose was bleeding on the 10^th and 17^th respectively. So, doctor advises us for 3 methods. First method is a normal check, second is by inserting a hose inside his nose and third is by giving him to anaesthetic. The reason for the scanning was to check is there any growing things in his nose.

We decided to try the second methods. The doctor taught my hubby how to hold Xuan tight cos he told us that kids does not like or allows inserting a hose to their nose for scanning. The doctor takes out the equipment from the sterilized container. My hubby asked the doctor how long do the hose have to goes in. The doctor showed us is about 3 to 4 inches, we exchanged look with each other!

We are damn worried that Xuan is not cooperative. We had a words with him while the doctor doing the cleaning. I told Xuan “Be good ya, doctor need to insert a hose into your nose for checking ya, you cannot cry ok? Xuan is obediently nodding his head to agree!

I even told my hubby that I wait them at outside cos I don’t wish to hears Xuan crying and I am scare to see too but my hubby pretended not to hear me. I ended up using the newspaper to cover and “curi-curi” to look at the TV. I can says that Xuan is a tough boy too cos he only cried when I see the hose was somewhere near his throat. I would like to say BRAVO my dear darling, he really makes us proud of him! Even the doctor agrees that he is GREAT. The doctor was so surprise that Xuan stops crying real fast!

We are so blessed that there is nothing unnecessary growing in his nose, it just that his nose was hurt, maybe due to scratching that we are not aware while all of us was sleeping.

I saw this coach bag while shopping with my friends at The Gardens. I tried it on and found it looks so great! I am not an ardent fan of coach but this bag really makes me think of it and it lingers in my mind too. Of course, I will ask my hubby's opinion before buying any expensive stuff even I am using my own money cos I scare I will regret! Haizzz...

I went to Covershots, Kelana Jaya again with my little darling on last Saturday (July 18) for choosing his candid shots which was taken during the weekend bazaar 2 weeks ago. They have had taken a total of 16 poses of him. It really gave me a headache which I want and don’t. In fact, I am very satisfied with all the pictures.

All I need to do is to choose 11 pieces out of the 16 poses to make an album cos to print a piece is too pricey and transferring it to a cd data is not cheap as well which is RM20.00 for a pose. So when comes to calculation, it is more worth for making an album and they will give me a cd on all poses for FOC too. The album will be ready in 3 weeks time. Due to the time consumed and I can’t wait to show his Papa. I have had made a special request to Yvonne by asking her to send me a picture by email to show to his Papa.

This is the picture I received from Yvonne today. I think I have no regrets for signing the Family package with them! Looking forward for the shooting day to arrive real soon cos I have yet to book the date and time!

Today, we are heading to Weekend Bazaar at Kelana Jaya which was organized by Covershots. It so happened that I am interested to find a reasonable family package photo shooting. I was browsing their site and came across that are having a Weekend Bazaar. They are having some activities for the day too which are Breakfast by the Lake, Infant Massage, Kids Yoga, Ice-cream Décor, etc… I registered my Xuan for the Ice-cream Décor which is RM5.

Of course, I will not miss the opportunity to have a look at their products and see the place too. I found that the places are quite nice with a lake in front of the shop. I ended up by signing the cheapest family package and the date for the shooting are yet to confirm.

How time flies, my Xuan is 2 years 7 months and going to turn 3 this coming November. At this stage, he knows lots of things. He really makes us proud of him. He can read this all by his own "ONE TWO BUCKLE MY SHOES, THREE FOUR SHUT THE DOOR, FIVE SIX PICK UP STICK, SEVEN EIGHT LAY THEM STRAIGHT, NINE TEN A BIG FAT HEN”. Of course, he can’t pronounce it 100% accurate but I can assured that he can read it 70-80% accurate.

Ya ya.. he is trying to put on his shoes too!

Today is my birthday. As usual there is no special celebration, just a simple dinner at my favorite restaurant, The Ship in Bukit Bintang with my beloved son and hubby. Xuan is behaving very well throughout the dinner. He is also quite cooperative during photo session. From the pictures, you can spot that he is wearing the apron, holding a knife and fork by telling me that he wants to cook.

Today we are going to Mid Valley to meet up with my friend, Thresa. She wants to buy me birthday lunch. We can’t decide what to eat so we walk over to The Gardens. When Xuan spotted a bicycle in front of a restaurant, he told me that he want to take pictures with it.

We are heading to Chili’s Mid Valley for our dinner. This is my second visit. I am quite a picky person on food. I found that the foods suits my taste bud or else I wouldn't pay another visit. As for my boy, he is enjoying his kid’s meal, the cheesy macaroni which is nice too…

Today we are attending a wedding dinner of my boss’ eldest son at Concorde Hotel. Throughout the dinner Xuan is well behaved that we are blessed. I really can’t deny that Xuan really can attract lot of attention from my fellow colleagues. Not only from my colleagues, he even can attract the waiter to get him more and more balloons. All the balloons are tied up on the highchair.

We have been searching a tricycle for Xuan high and low. Lastly we manage to get his first tricycle at a shop in Batu Caves. He loves it so much! He doesn’t know how to put his feet on the paddle and after a few teaching by his Papa, he manage to cycle foward and backwards!

I was reading one of the blogger’s blog 2 weeks ago regarding her younger daughter teeth being pushed by her elder daughter. From reading her post, I can feel how the pain her little daughter encountered and how she feels.

This happened to me yesterday. I was about to go to the next room, I asked Xuan, have you drink your water and where is your Tupperware? He was about to point to me where the Tupperware was and in a second he fell down from my bed and he was sandwiched in between my bed and his baby cot. I quickly rush over and pulled him out from there. I keep on rubbing/checking his head, hands and legs. He cried for a while and then only I noticed there is some blood stained on my shirt. I immediately check on his teeth. Oh no… one of his front teeth has pushed into the gums.

I was a bit lost and I called my hubby immediately and tell him everything. Luckily, my hubby was on his way back. Once my hubby arrived, we quickly went to dental clinic and at that time the clinic was all closed. All, we can do is wait till tomorrow. How I wish time could tick as fast as possible.
We go to the dental early in the morning after taking our breakfast. I feel very uneasy while waiting. When the dentist checked on Xuan’s teeth, he told us blah, blah and he can’t do much about it. His answer doesn’t give us much confident and we planned to bring Xuan to a dental specialist tomorrow. In the evening, we bring Xuan to my brother-in-law which he knows a bit about teeth because he supplied materials to the dental. He also agreed and suggested us to bring Xuan to another dental clinic at Cheras.

Today, we went to visit my brother in Batu Arang. After having our lunch and we headed to a farm which was owned by my brother’s friend. This is our first time visiting a farm. Xuan, really enjoy it very much cos he has a chance to feed the fish and of course I also enjoy as much as the kids no doubt the weather is extremely hot.

As you gals know that my Xuan are too addicted with the pacifier. It is quite tough at the beginning to wean him off especially when you see him begging for it. It really makes my heartache but I have to stand firm in order to wean him off.

I have to make some cuts on the teat and let him suck. I even asked him to throw it into the dustbin and he obediently does it. When he throws it, I will remind him that there will be no more pacifier. After a few weeks of trying, lastly I can say it loud that on these day my boy are totally wean off with the pacifier.

The madness is striking me again today. As usual, after work I will go directly to pick Xuan back home. When I see him playing at the house compound and the two big kor kor is playing among them. I am damn mad at that time and when Xuan saw me and I yet to get out from my car, my little boy comes over to open the gate for me. I can say that I am damn mad and I am sure my face was very black and long. I keep on scolding my little boy and then only I saw the babysitter coming out from the house.

The babysitter asks me to scold Xuan cos she asked Xuan not to come out but he insisted to. He still wants to play and I force myself to carry him to my car. He’s crying pitifully. Throughout the journey back home, I really cannot stand not to scold my poor little boy. I really cannot control my madness and furious. I really cannot image what would happen to me when something really happen to my one and only precious son. I can tell you that I will definitely go INSANE.

I don’t mean that I don’t allow my boy to come out to play but make sure the babysitter is there to monitor them. I do feel bad for scolding my precious little boy and showing bad temper in front of the babysitter but don’t know lar….

Sometimes my boy will ask me to take pictures of him with his two little "Bao Bei". It will depends on his mood whether he is cooperative or not. Of course when he’s in good mood, I can snap some of the best shots.
